windows xp shut down by itself and restart and shutdown etc...

Hi,
when I turn on my pc windows xp, it shut down automaticlly by itself and
restart over and shut down again, it keep doing that....
does anyone know what cause the problems.. please help. very appreciate it.
 
That started to happen to me last week, I changed my power source and have
had no problems since.
