Hello. My wife's computer had a major problem with IE6,
which I've since resolved. However, I tried to do a
clean re-install of Win XP Home before I fixed the
problem another way. I never finished the re-install
because system locked up during the process and wouldn't
finish. Anyway, the problem is that when going thru the
startup routine just before the welcome screen, the
system now asks if I want to start Win XP Home Edition or
Windows XP Setup. How do I get the Windows XP Setup
option to disappear? Win XP Home is working fine now, so
I don't need to run the setup routine...
