If you are talking about the SP2 update, yes you can download the SP2 update

Thnx for the information but i knew that you can order a CD online but what i
wanted to know is that, can you download it from the FTP site to a certain
location in your computer and then copy or write it in a CD for future or
further use.

2nd query: If you can copy it can you install it in a different computer.

Yes you can download and burn to CD to install on different computers,
and also use it to create a slipstreamed installation CD with SP2
incorporated. Michael Stevens already answered you and gave you a link
with specific info. I was just giving you another option since he had
answered your original question. But here you go again.
