Windows XP Restore Down

I have a problem with a PC running Windows XP Professional
SP1, whereby when the "Restore Down" control is clicked on
some maximised OpenRoad 4.0 windows, the window minimises
instead of shrinks. There is a rumour that this may also
have been deisplayed on some games running under this
version of XP Pro also.

Some programs don't support all available window states. The only
suggestion I can think of: If viewing the program in Full Screen (different
than Maximized), press Alt+Enter to return the program to a windowed state.
Then try the Maximize/Restore settings again. If still experiencing a
problem, contact tech support for that program for further assistance.
