Windows XP restarts when is loading..

When I turn on my computer the logo of windows XP appears and is loading the
system but when it shows the desktop background the windows XP restarts, not
even shows the login window, I've tried with use LAST GOOD KNOWN
CONFIGURATION, but is the same, can you give me a hand, what could happen
with my computer?
