My computer keeps rebooting with starting up. I was told to run XP upgrade disk and run the repair part of set up. I do this but it ask for administrator password. I never set one up. Is there a way to by pass this. And when I run reinstall window XP upgrade it says I may lose all my data in the My Documents file. I can't loose this important information. Is there anything that can be done not to loose my excel data?

save it to a disk of course...
