When I go to turn on my computer I get a blue screen
saying that there is an "unmountable_boot_volume". Can I
run the repair from a Windows XP Upgrade disc or do I need
the full version Windows XP disc? Thank you.

Boot the computer with the XP Upgrade CD

Choose the Repair (Recovery Console) option

When it finishes loading (it may take a few minutes to load) and stops
at the Command Prompt enter the following command:

CHKDSK /R

That should fix the problem.

Good luck
