M Mike Hall - MS MVP Windows Shell/User Aug 4, 2006 #3 If your XP CD was a full retail or retail upgrade type (coloured gold/brown), you can get it replaced maybe.. go to here.. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[ln];326246 HOWEVER, if your XP CD was supplied with the computer, and was of the OEM type (all silver) or a manufacturer 'recovery' type, then your only recourse is too approach the vendor of the computer, or go out and purchase a new CD.. There are NO downloads available..
