windows xp professional

I dont know if I am in the right disscusion group. My problem is I received
a windows xp professional with service pack 2 file. I unzipped the program
file"extract to ....." ...........burned it onto a cd using nero express 7
using copy data to cd. When i inserted the burned cd i get a picture viewer
popup asking me how i want to view my pictures.
What has happed to the program? why doesn't see it on the cd

Where did you get this file? From whom? Windows is never legitinmately
distributed this way. If this is a pirate copy, you are certainly not in the
right group.
