logo appears once the computer reboot having already setup the installations
files to start the applications setup. I have tried the recovery console to
try to recover AND FIX the MBRR to work and nothing, to rebuild the MBR and
nothing, to fixboot and nothing, it keeps on giving me the same blank scereen
with only the mouse pointer, please, somebdy helps me! By the way, have tried
to reinstall it many times. Thanks.

Try removing or disconnecting everything but the CD, hard drive and video.
Then do the repair or clean install. If successful, start adding back the
hardware devices one at a time. If you get the hang, you will know what
caused the problem.

Of course, you would also need the mouse and keyboard. 8-)

I have often had this experience with clients: as suggested above it is
likely to be an incompatible hardware driver. If after the reboot fails you
boot again and you hit F5 to go into safe mode it may well work. You can
then disable all the unnecessary hardware devices and try rebooting into
normal mode. Enable the devices one by one until the system crashes to find
the bad driver. If you have error reporting enabled with large memory dump
and then you reboot and use Last good for Normal Mode you may get a message
telling
you what was wrong and where to get a good driver.

Best have PC mouse as a USB mouse can cause this problem!
