My new computer with Windows XP Professional installed reboots itself
from time to time.

Here's what I am finding in the event log. Can someone help me
decipher it?

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 0000e41e, parameter2 00000002,

This can also be caused by a misbehaved device driver. Have you always
gotten this error in the life of the computer? If not, did you recently
change your hardware configuration or install new drivers?

This is a brand new computer. Just got it in November and it has been
rebooting itself ever since. It blew away the OS once, had to
reinstall it from scratch. With nothing other that the OS installed
it will reboot itself if I let it run for a few hours.

Guess I could start pulling things out of it to see if that helps (DVD
Burner, network card, etc)
