i am having a problem when i turned on my laptop it says cannot load

windows/system32/configureatio.
so i could not solve the problem in any way so i went for the reformat
route and when i put the cd in it comes up with Entering System Reload
Process explaining 2 partitions defined this process is not intended
to be used with this computer i have not got a clue what to do now
because i cant reformat my laptop and and cant even get onto it.
is there any answers if there is a answer to help me without

Wow.

It is probably going to be more work trying to make sense out of your
message than it is to help you fix your problem. Captilization and
punctuation were invented for a reason.

We need the *verbatim* text of the error message, including all of the
file names and parameters if there are any.

What is the make and model of your computer and what does the label on
your CD say? Does it have the name and/or logo of the computer
manufacturer on it?

When you boot your computer from the Windows XP what are the options
that you are presented with?

Good luck

My computer is made from the company TIME. and when I put the
reload/Backup CD in my laptop it loads up and stops at a page called
"Entering system Reload Process" going on about 2 different
partitions.
parttition 1 saying
Bootable FAT 32 Extended
Start LBA 3F
No of LBAs 36FC786
Last LBA 57657285

partition 2 saying
Not Bootable FAT 16 Primary, using int 13 extenstions
Start LBA 36FC7C5
No of LBAs 1388B3B
Last LBA 78140160

2 Partitions defined
This process is not intended to be used with this computer
x:\>

then it just does nothing after that and i dont know what to do.

and every time I turn my laptop on without a cd it has a message right
at the start "Invalid system disk replace the disk, and press a key"
so i cant even do any thing now with my laptop.
