Windows XP Pro with SP2 - No key works! Help!

We received the holographic-pink XP with SP2 CD last week from MSDN and
needed to re-install a PC this week.

But, on entry of CD Product Key, the install wouldn't accept the MSDN/Retail
key from our subscriber product keys list or any of our existing Action pack
Keys (and we've got 10).

What gives? Where can we get a key that works?
(please don't send keys just tell me who to ask at Microsoft, or where to go
to refresh our product keys list on MSDN)

Your MSDN Subscription details should tell you who to contact. Failing
that, you'll need to sign into MSDN, then click on 'Contact us'.
