Windows XP Pro Startup Disk

Does anybody know how to crate a Windows XP Professional
startup disk? I know the past versions go through the
Add/Remove Programs, but there is not option for that in
XP Pro. If anyone could help, it would be much
appreciated
 
Since all retail and most if not all OEM Windows XP CDs are bootable
with installation and repair functions available from the CD, there is
no Start-up disk as you are used to.

There are a set of 6 disks designed for computers incapable of booting
to CDROM:

The Windows XP CD itself is bootable and is a Startup Disk.
It has all the necessary tools to repair XP in the event of an
unlikely failure. However, you can make your own bootable
floppy disk if you so desire:
