Windows XP Pro & Macintosh files

Does anyone know if I can use an XP Pro box to store and share Apple File
System files natively or by using additional Microsoft or 3rd party software
much like File Services for Macintosh in Windows 2000 Server? I do not want
to go to the expense of another box and Windows Server Software.

Thanks for the info, howeverwhen I checked it out, this software only works
one way, from the Mac to the PC and from the software licensing scheme, it is
much cheaper to buy Windows Small Business Server which has File Services for
Macintosh built-in.
