Hi,
I have been using Windows XP fax for sometime and its been going well.
Recently, I bought and installed Norton System Works 2005 and now Windows'
fax will not send or receive fax. I can receive fax when it rings, but after
receiving I get a blue screen and my system reboots. The received fax is not
in my inbox. Same thing happens when I am sending a fax, after completion,
blue screen, reboots, and it'll try sending again and again, nothing in the
sent box.
At first I get error msg from Norton saying its a worm. I included 4 fax
programs files into Norton's exclusion box, they were found in
windows/system32/fx bla bla. But it still doens work.
Help please?
