Windows XP OEM/DSP

What are the constraints that apply to, not necessarily,
OEM software, but, to DSP software? How does that apply
to small system integrators? And what are the
stipulations to using DSP software?
I've done a search on Microsoft's site, but, have not
found much information at all related to this.

The constraints are in the System Builder agreement with Microsoft, if
you're in that program. If you're building system, you probably want to be
in the program.

Otherwise, I guess the question would be what you want to do that you're not
sure about.
