Windows XP Not showing Pictures on certain sites.

I've done just about every spyware program out there. People keep telling me to run one or the other or multiple and it will get rid of the problem. But it doesn't! I've looked at my settings and according to them it still has "show pictures" checked. So what's going on here? I'd really like to know since I do a lot of business on Ebay and I can't see my or other peoples pictures! HELP
