Windows XP not loading

Windows doesn't load, I just get the message VCT3216.DLL is missing,
re-installing this application etc....

I do have this .dll loaded. It is situated in C/Windows/Driver Cache/i386..

Anybody able to help me?

Have a look on Google for VCT3216.DLL - there are about
2000 references. You may have to boot your machine in Safe
Mode, then remove and reinstall Skype or whatever uses this DLL.

Copy that file into the Windows\System32 folder.

How do I know what programme is using this dll. I do not have Skype aboard.
