Windows XP not coming up after installing Lotus smartsuite

Hi
I installed Lotus smart suite on windowsXP with service
pack 1
It showed some incompatibility when i start the setup but
I proceed with setup and after the installation setup ask
me to restart the computer.
After that one screen came and said coz of some new
installation of hardware or software windows cannt start
so pls select last known good menu
I select that
but it showing the windows xp start screen and restarting
I start with safe mode and remove the software but still
I am not able to start windows XP normally
Please help

The best place to get help with a failed install of Lotus is Lotus.
Lotus should have instructions on fixing corruption of Windows XP due to
a problem with their product installation.
