Windows XP - Multiple Desktop Program

Does anyone know of a multi-desktop program that will allow you to use
multiple monitors and have each of the desktops visible (on the screen)
at the same time? I have tried Multi Desktop 2004 but you must switch
between desktop windows.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Why do you need
multiple desktops if they are all visible at the same time? Are
you aware that with multiple monitors, you can spread a single
large desktop over all your monitors.
 
I would like to have seperate login sessions up at the same time. Very
similar to the fast switching feature in Windows XP except 2 or more
desktops are always visible. The Multi Desktop 2004 program allows you
to have seperate logins per desktop but is basically just like the user
switching feature in XP (except they allow hot keys).
