windows xp modem problem

I have two computers which were running w98.
When I upgraded the os to windows xp pro the modems in
both computers didn't work.
Also one of the computers has a scanner attached, this
doesn't work anymore.

The scanner is Primax Colorado usb 9600.

The modems are 1. HSP PCI V90 K56k
2. Tsunami PCI 56K V.90

Can anyone help?

Check the manufacturer's WEBsites for drivers that work with XP (or with
Windows 2000).
