Windows XP keeps on rebooting!!!!!!

My Windows XP keeps on rebooting everytime I restart it.
It will first show me the menu..SAFE MODE, SAFEMODE WITH
NETWORKING..ETC..but any options has the same error, it
reboots after choosing any of this options. What seems to
be the problem and how can I make my XP work again????

What is the error? It sound very similar to my problem.
No matter what mode I select, I get a lsass.exe error
regarding password. Did you try doing a repair from your
original XP setup CD-ROM?
