Regarding your post below, do you have Antivirus installed and up to date
and has it been run?
If the answer is yes and this hasn't resolved the issue, since this problem
may have just started recently you might try rolling back your system to a
state prior to when the symptom started using System Restore:

If this does not help there may be a conflict between core OS modules and
other installed software. The best approach for this is Clean Boot

| Hi there, I think my system was hit by a virus or
