windows xp + internet ports

I was wondering if there is a program that will show what programs are
accessing the internet. I have run TCPView before, but it's more than what
I can understand. Thanks for any suggestions.

Process Explorer for Windows v10.21 By Mark Russinovich:

Try to get a firewall like ZA or Comodo or Kerio and set all application to
Ask before get access to the Internet, the above firewall are free.
