I found a virus on my machine and deleted some files and now my machine
will not talk to the internet. I doesn't renew the IP and when it's trying
to ther eis no communication going out of the cable modem. The send light
never blinks.

The Files i deleted were to get rid of the generic.ca trojen virus. I
deleted files a0000001.dll and some other files for restore and a adsode.dll
or something like that.

I lost my windows XP CD (CRY)

So what can i do to remedy this issue and maybe get another windows xp cd?

Narly,

Check for LSP / Winsock / TCP/IP corruption,

nothing, damn it. deleted some files but everythign seems to work ok but i
get aquireing network address then it says limited or no connectivity. I can
connect to my other computers on the network if I connect to a hub but I
can't aquire a network address from my ISP. SUCKS!

Narly,

Did the computer work before the spyware removal? Problems resulting from
spyware removal almost always originate from LSP / Winsock / TCP/IP corruption,
caused by stack damage when the spyware is removed.

Did you try all 5 procedures listed in the article?
