windows xp home edition

i want to completley reload windows xp on my computer but
i have two internal hard drives c and d
when i try and reload it gives me four options about
partitions and f a t , i don,t know which option to go
for should i load it on d, my original copy in on c,
should i let it save that copy.

Linda, disconnect the none boot drive which is probably D. Just pull off
the White Molex Connector. This way you and
WinXP won't be confused. Just choose to format the C: partition but make
sure all your important files are moved to the
D: drive before you proceed. If in actuality you have only one drive
but two partitions then choose C: and follow the
same procedure except forget removing the White molex connector
