Trying to configure numerous accounts with various levels
of accessability. Is there any way to do this in like
fashion of the XP Pro or WIN 2K user account snapin. If
not, is there a back way of selecting specific attributes
for individual accounts. Specific question: In reguards
to loading programs. In what way can they be loaded to
specific user accounts and ensure that they do not
display on each individual user's account on the computer
( both on the desktop and in the start/all programs
directory). Need specifics as I'm relatively new to the
XP dimension.

If the shortcut to the program exists in Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop or Start Menu, then copy it to the Documents and Settings\<username> folder that you want it in. Then delete the original.

For applying Group Policy type settings, see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console.
