Please help! After I login, my desktop icons and start menu do not
appear and explorer.exe does not start. I try to go to taskmanager and
start explorer.exe but it runs for a second and then disapears. Ive
tried going into safe mode but it does nothing. I cant find any help
anywhere. I am able to access command prompt but I cannot find a way
to create a new user. Thank you in advanced.
 
do this:

start - run - type or copy: sf /scannow (press enter)

is going to take several minutes(15-30) and keep your install cd with you,
when prompted insert cd and follow the instructions...restart your computer
