Windows XP Free Web Space

I believe anyone who has a registered copy of windows xp
can get about 35 mb web space from michrosoft. Can anyone
tell me how to set this up. Do i need an account and a
Web publishing program. There is a web Publishing wizard
on my machine when i try to use it. it first referrs to
msn groups. as the service provider but then it says An
error occurred while veryfying login credentials. and
service tempory unavailable.I do have a registered copy
of Window XP. Whats wrong and how do i arrange this.

You believe wrong. You have to sign up for service with MSN, or some other
provider that provides web hosting services.

No problem, it is a good idea, but Microsoft cant provide that much space
for everyone who has Windows XP.
