Dear Everybody,

I just bought my second computer with Windows XP Home.

The first one has the filmstrip option in the photos section, but my new one
doesn't.

All it has are the others (thumbnails, icons, etc.) but no filmstrip anywhere.

Please help.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Sincerely,
Steve

The filmstrip option isn't available in "My Documents" until you open a folder. Not
all folders have the filmstrip option.

I have had that problem. What I did was create a new folder and give it a
name. I then copied and pasted ONE SINGLE jpeg file into that folder. That
resulted in a filmstrip option. At least that worked for me. Atlernately, you
might try by right clicking Properties on that folder or any folder, open the
Customize Tab, select PICTURES, click apply. That should identify the folder
as a Picture folder. Give it a whirl.
