Windows XP Drive Lettering

Please help, how do I turn on the drive letters in my computer?
I recently added a flash drive/stick, all is working properly, it is
assigned Z: but it dont show up.......

Try going to run,type:diskmgmt.msc In msc,L.click a drive,go to actions,
all,change drive letter/path.
 
it is assigned Z:

I'm assuming that you're able to access the flash drive by typing the
drive-letter in Start, Run dialog.

Download TweakUI from the following URL and install it.

Start Tweak UI
Click the (+) sign near the My Computer section
Select Drives
Put a checkmark near Z: drive
Click Apply, OK

Open up start, then settings, control panel.
Click on administrative tools, click on computer management.
Click on disk management.
Look for Z: drive and right click and rename to proper drive like E:
