Windows XP Boot up problem

When I power up my system, as it is booting up, it will pause on the screen
telling me that it wouldn't load the Administrator account cause of some
error and ask me to press the <ok> button. I don't remember exactly what
the second screen says (but have posted before about it), what do I have to
do to make it continue to start and stop hanging with the "Starting Windows"
screen if I don't press the <ok> button?

Username: Administrator
Password: [blank]

The it has another window on it's edge:
Log on Message:
! Unable to log you on because of an account restriction>

Thanks Peter, that was the post I was looking for but could not locate (past
the lat hessage header in the list). I have been real busy and have not had
the time to try and work on the issue but was looking for the suggestion
that was made to get rid of the pesky Logon Message... I think I tried
something some one had said, but the problem is still bothering me. I have
created an new user on my system (which I don't really care for), but I need
to get rid of what ever restriction it is telling me that there is... I need
to FIX what is broke...
