Windows XP Boot File

Can anyone tell what the Windows XP boot file is (which file triggers the
install?)
I have managed to transfer the contents of my Win XP cd to my USB pen which
is now bootbale though when I select setup.exe in DOS, it says that this cn
not be run in DOS. Which file do I have to run to trigger the install.

You have to launch WINNT in DOS. WINNT32 in Windows.
