Windows XP Blow Up

Hey Guys and Gals

I came home from college the other day and all heck has broken loose on my 'puter. There is no start bar, nothing on my desktop, just my background pic. I have to ctrl alt del to bring up task man and run programs from there, but there is nothing on my desktop. I reinstalled windows, but then it did it again...it also likes to just shut down. I have no idea whats going on and tried everything I can think of...any help

Taskbar Is Missing When You Log On to Windows

Your taskbar and desktop icons disappeared?? you can control your computer ONLY
with the task Manager??
dynamic desktop media it's an adware!!

See if you have this task running:-
1) end following process: sysu.exe
2)delete following folder: C:\Programs\ddm

with regard to the other problem of shutting down, are there any errors in the
Event Viewer - this might give you a clue.
