Windows XP and Norton Antivirus ...

I have a new computer running Windows XP which has Norton Antivirus 2003
pre-installed. When I run Live Update, Im get the following error message:
"LU1815 LiveUpdate could not access a file. LiveUpdate could not read or
write a file it needed because you do not have sufficient access rights on
this machine. It is recommended that only users with Poer User or
Administrator run LiveUpdate."

I am the only user of this machine, so I am the administrator.

Any assistance gratefully received.
