windows XP and Microsoft Frontpage2000

I am trying to upload files to a website using Frontpage 2000 with Windows
XP. Every time I try I get the message:
"Server error: cannot open file "xxx.tmp" for writing."
I presume it is because my files are being stored in a temporary internet
file and labelled as such on my computer, though they are supposed to be in
"My Pictures".
Can anyone suggest a way round this please?

Run the functions that clear the FrontPage Temporary files and the
Cache(.web) files.

See if it helps. If not, you need to post in the FrontPage newsgroups.
