WINDOWS XP ADMINPAK FOR WINDOWS 2000 NETWORK

Is there a version of adminpak that can be installed on a
Windows XP computer to administer a Windows 2000 based
network? I seem to remember that when XP was first
released that there was an unsupported version from MS.
If there is where can it be found?

Yes. There is.
It is the adminpak.msi of Windows Server 2003
You may find it in a microsoft.com/downloads search
