When starting the pc after going through the regular routine a page comes up that apologizes that Windows can't come up because of a possible hardware install or software install. Or perhaps a power outage restart. Then I get the choices of starting windows by: safe start,- start with network,- normal start,- Start with last known working configuration,- Or you can just watch the 30 second timer as it times out and trys to start again. I've tried every option and it won't get past that error page. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Try removing any newly added cards that are in your PC. Remove the sound car
or NIC and see if that gets you in. If it does you may have some bad
hardware or you need new drivers for that device.

Thanks
