Windows won't display pictures!

For some reason won't Windows XP Home show pictures! I cant open them and no
preview is available. This happened after I defragmented my disk.
 
Rightclick a pic icon type, and choose OpenWith, then put a check in "Always
use this.." and browse to your pic app.
