Windows will not shut down

Hi I am running windows xp, I just recently moved my
computer and when I set it all up again it won't shut
down any more it just sitts at the screen windows is
shutting down.

The problem is you have nocked somthing loose and Windows

does not want to shutdown, so all you can do is press and
hold the POWER button till it turns off. You should look
inside your termanal an check for anthing not looking rite.
 
ok first go to run and type in msconfig then under basic tab click advanced and disable fast shutdown.
