Is it possible to dual-boot XP Pro and Vista?

Yes. Install XP Pro first, then Vista. There is one catch. The restore
points created in Vista are deleted when you boot into XP Pro. This is
because of an incompatibility with the driver in XP. It doesn't understand
the restore points created by Vista and deletes them. This is not going to
be fixed because it involves extensive changes to XP.

There are work arounds. One is to use a boot loader and hide the Vista
partition from XP. Another is to use TweakUI in XP and hide the Vista
partition letter.

There are Vista newsgroups for Vista questions.
