windows vista mail adressee format problem

When I type in the addressee's name, it auto completes fine but following
the name it adds
<email address>
How do I stop it from appending the <email address>?

You can't stop Windows Mail from doing that.
You can upgrade to Windows Live Mail, which only shows the name.

(But the address is really still there.)
