windows vista ITB display drivers

Hi,
Please let me know the display drivers i.e in the box ( ITB ) drivers
for windows vista build 5384 is comprising of both Nvidia and ATI
drivers ( provided by nVIDIA and ATI ). Or the ITB display driver is a
generic driver for all the display cards which is developed by
Microsoft only.

If history is a guide, they are written by the manufacturor, and sent
to MS to include.
