Windows Vista Calendar

Hello,

I want to write an add in to vista calendar that will synchronize my
events with google calendar in both ways but i can't find any
information about vista calendar api.
Someone knows maybe if there is any way to do that?

I can easly find all the events in the .ics file and then add them to
google calendar, but what i really wanted to do is an add in to vista
calendar that will react when a new event is created and then upload
it to google.
