Windows Vista Calendar Customization?

My usage of calendars includes a lot of "All Day" events. Windows Vista
Calendar has limited space at the top for which a toggle is supplied. Is
there a way to increase the size of that area so all All Day events can be
included in one view?
 
I've never been able to do it in Home Premium nor have I found any info on MS
sites that suggests that we can, hence the scroll bar.

Anyone else?
