Windows virtual memory minimum too low.

I have this message frequently...
"Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is
increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.
During this process, memory requests for some
applications may be denied. For more information, see
Help."
I do not know how to fix my problem..please help!

Go to Control Panel and open System Properties. When that comes up, click on
ADVANCED tab. lick on SETTINGS button in PERFORMANCE area. Go to ADVANCED
tab on next window. Click CHANGE. Now there is a box there that says figures
currently used on your machine. Change it to Minimum 1024 and Maximum 2048
then click SET tab and OK everything till all windows are closed and you are
back at the Control Panel Window. Now for all this to take effect, reboot.

All should be OK now.
