What did you do just prior to the problem surfacing? Try a system
restore to a date when it was working properly. Click Start | All
Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore. Put a tic mark
in "Restore my system to an earlier time", click next. Choose a date /
checkpoint and click next.
