I have recently begun exploration into the world of video,
at least as it relates with Windows. Specifically, creation
of DVD for playback sharing between the OS and the
TV top DVD player.

Also, as you might guess, I've learned that computer liter-
acy seems to have little relation to one's success or fail-
ure in this video arena.

IOW, after a long association with computers of all kinds,
it appears that I'm just not going to muscle through the
infinite depths of all video facets without more study.

So, I've identified two groups - "comp.os.ms-windows.
video", and "microsoft.public.windowsxp.video" that
seem appropriate for lurking and learning.

My initial subscription visit(s) indicate the comp. group
a lot less active that the microsoft. group.

Any educational suggestions for the video world?

Thanks,

Gary

One of the best resources on the Internet for everything that had to do with
capturing/burning video in just about every format known as well as reviews
from people who do this sort of thing a lot for different video cards/tools
to help you on your way.
