I recently re-installed Windows XP Home and when I try to
use the update section it freezes on 0%

I have downloaded the Scripting engine 5.6 and cannot
find Microsoft Internet Explorer and Internet tools in my
Add/Remove section, these are the two suggestions from
MSN to fix this problem - HELP

As per the second: Which exact scripting tool, how can you not find
Internet Explorer and what tools are you needing? Are you speaking of Set
Program Access and Defaults, if so, you need SP1 installed.

If this is not even remotely close to what you are asking......try again.
Better yet, try MSN Support.
